The agreement between you and us when you take part in The Circle. Short, and in plain words.
1. Who we are
Talaya Online Tutorial Services Inc., 6217 Dauin, Philippines (“we”). The Circle is led by Sabrina, Female Health and Nutrition Coach.

2. What The Circle is
A monthly online gathering for women, in a small group. Each month has one theme and includes a live gathering on Zoom, three small companions (something to listen to, something to read and one practical sheet), a group chat, and access to past months for as long as you are a member.
3. What The Circle is not
The Circle is education and company for everyday wellbeing. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or therapy, and taking part does not create a doctor–patient or therapist–client relationship. Sabrina is a coach, not a doctor.
Please don’t start, stop or change any medication or treatment because of something you heard in The Circle. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medication, talk to your doctor before you change what you eat or which supplements you take. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
You take part on your own responsibility. What you do with what you learn is your decision.
4. Reserving a seat and the first gathering
Reserving a seat on this website is a request. It is free and commits you to nothing. We confirm your seat by email.
Your first gathering is free. Your membership begins only if you decide to stay and make your first payment. Sections 3, 7, 8 and 9 also apply to the free gathering.
The Circle is for women aged 18 and over.
5. Price and payment
The monthly price is the one shown to you for your region, and shown again before you pay. You pay monthly in advance through our payment provider.
If the price changes, we tell you by email at least 30 days before. You can leave before the new price applies.
6. Leaving
The Circle runs month to month. You can end your membership at any time, without giving a reason and without a notice period. It then ends with the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
To leave, cancel through the payment provider or send us a message. A month that has begun is not refunded, unless the law gives you that right (see section 11). If you miss a gathering, the month’s companions and the group chat are still there for you.
7. Our agreements in the room
A circle only works if every woman can speak freely. So we agree:
- What is shared here stays here. You don’t pass on what other women share, inside or outside The Circle.
- No recordings and no screenshots of the gatherings or the group chat. We don’t record the gatherings either.
- We speak from our own experience. No diagnosing each other, no selling, no promoting.
- Respect. No harassment and no discrimination of any kind.
We keep what you share with us confidential and don’t pass it on, unless the law requires it or someone’s life is in danger.
We ask every member to keep these agreements, but we can’t guarantee that each one does. Please share only what you are comfortable with the other women knowing.
If a member breaks these agreements, we can end her membership straight away. In that case we refund any part of the month she has paid for and not yet used.
8. Zoom and the group chat
The gatherings take place on Zoom, and the group chat runs in a messaging app. These services belong to other companies and have their own terms. In the group chat, other members can see your name, your profile picture and, depending on the app, your phone number.
Your device and your internet connection are your responsibility. If a gathering can’t take place, for example because of illness or a power cut, we move it to another date.
9. What you share about your health
You decide what you share. We use what you tell us only to run The Circle and to support you in it. How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.
10. The materials
The companions and everything else we give you are for your personal use. Please don’t pass them on, publish them or sell them.
11. Right of withdrawal for members in the EU, the EEA and the United Kingdom
If you live in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom and join as a private person, the law gives you the following right.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Talaya Online Tutorial Services Inc., 6217 Dauin, Philippines) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

12. Liability
We are fully liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only if we breach an essential duty of this agreement, meaning one you can ordinarily rely on, and then only for the foreseeable damage typical of an agreement like this. Beyond that our liability is excluded. Liability that the law does not allow us to limit remains unaffected.
13. Which law applies
This agreement is governed by Philippine law. If you live in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom and join as a private person, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.
14. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the change applies. If you don’t agree, you can end your membership before then.
15. If part of these terms doesn’t hold
If one part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest still applies.
